If the left-wing would listen to the right-wing, this goddam bird might just fly!
Looks like the LEP plans are still yet to be submitted to the Minister of Planning, but to be ammended in the final submission is such a good win. Still looks like events will have to be approved by council, but that should not be a problem if all is correct. Be good to see the festivals on again. And for me,the road from Bathurst/Oberon to Goulburn is now sealed all the way

I can't tell you how stoked i am to hear this news, officially, just now!!!!
Yes, citizens of this democratic nation, we have prevailed over the shortsightedness and misinformation of (some) of those whom make the rules, presented our arguments honestly and professionally and articulated our wish for freedom of expression, association and recreational activities.
Our desires have been scrutinised and have emerged at the end of the process unscathed and justified. Only one more (large) step in the legal chain and we have won a small step for doofers, but a giant leap for mankind.
Friends, thankyou !!
End of Churchill-esque rant, please forgive me.
i do get excited occasionally.
So... who's up for a legal doof ??
