What does success mean to you? Is it being mega-powerful (like ruling over a people), is it being mega-rich (like Bill Gates), is it publishing good work (be it musical, literary or otherwise), is it reaching enlightenment or is it something else?

Crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and listen to the lamentations of their women.

success, being who i was born to be...

there are no KPI's for this, it just involves being in the moment every moment

I support such success... but please have the decency to pay respects to the almighty warrior that originally blabered that phrase.

It was actually Genghis Khan apparently. That scene in Conan is taken from, apparently, a real historical event where Genghis Khan asked his sons "What is best in life?" They gave all the wanky answers the guys in the movie do, and he said "Wrong!" then said what Conan does in the movie.

Conan The Barbarian actually has a lot of awesome stuff in it if you pay attention.
