Canberra - Friday October 1 till Monday October 4

For millennia humanity has come together to celebrate life. Those intimate bonds of family and tribe that move us as one people towards our dreams. We celebrate love, we celebrate friendship, and we celebrate joy. Dragon Dreaming is a joining of energies from around our country and our planet come together to create. We come together as one people to give thanks for life. We come together to dance………………

Dragon Dreaming Festival celebrates art and nature and the freedom of self-expression in a safe, family friendly, tribal gathering not far from Canberra, Australia. Our philosophy is one of nurturing Australia’s alternate artistic culture, encouraging participation by all who attend. We believe that some of the best music and art in the world is found right here in our bedrooms and local galleries and aim to uncover our creative culture by providing an avenue for artists to exhibit their art, music or performance pieces in a spiritually enhancing, natural environment

Over 4 days this October prepare to immerse yourself in live, electronic and acoustic music across 3 stages with a backdrop of nature, decor, lights and visuals designed to evoke your senses, launch your imagination and blow your mind. Interspersed with this sensual journey are a series of workshops to stimulate your mind, an outdoor cinema to stimulate your imagination and installation art spaces to stimulate your soul. Combine these with markets from across Australia, healers to soothe your worries, aches and pains, roving performances from circus troupes, theatrical performers and musicians and a camping space the size of a small town and you will find yourself immersed in the Dragon Dream.

I'd like to come to this event, but when people take my compliments as insults what's the point?
I'm sorry to say this, but I don't like when people take advantage of my friendship. I like events everyone can enjoy, with a warm positive vibe, not close minded and jaded.
What precautions do you have in place against vandalism and to protect personal safety?
Good luck mates (the S.O.S. crew)!

All talk, no action ay, or is it a case of the lights are on but nobody's home?

Don't bother replying cause nobody's listening...

I don't have the maturity or even let alone the intellectual capacity to understand your genius!

peace.

indeed!
you are right that first year had some night psy on the lineup...

its always seemed to be a more family friendly approach to parties
rather than a deep shamanic style event is what i was meaning to say..

all good there is plenty of room for all style of bush discos :)
