It's Sandra Sullied here - investigating the affairs of nightlife in Sydney.

It seems that Sydney is rampant with International artists and crap clubs charging high door fees.

The politics of dance is serious business, with an increasing number of clubs being shut down left, right and centre. Which party will stand for our rights?

I'm here to discover what happened to the true Underground expression of party revellers in Sydney. Together, we will follow its return to form in February 2011. This is a call out to the community for their support.

As a reporter for Channel 10, I will be bringing you the breaking news from the front line(up) and what systems will be in place to rectify the poor situation for clubbers across Sydney.

Free Party on Saturday 12th February 2011, 30 mins from the CBD.

Brought to you live with full coverage of the best in Dubstep, DnB, Reggae, Techno, Dancehall and Disco, with bands and a little something for everyone.

Call 0405 980 536 or 0406 132 061 after 8PM.

Clearly the users of this site are not up on their current local affairs.
Need some Pete Paranoid to get this party started?

I love these "Problem, Reaction, Solution" type threads, keyboard warriors who think they have the solution to the dance party scene <like everyone else has been doing it wrong for the last 20+ years lol!>

If you knew anything about decent parties in Sydney in the past decade or so, you would know where this report was heading. I know how to do it right..........

By "decent parties" are you referring to those held illegally and / or shut down, usually with crap sound systems & dj's to boot yeah?

Sorry, I think I'll stick with the tried & trusted crews who know how to do things properly

Our parties have been going for years.
They're anything but mediocre....legendary I might venture.

You just don't get it......
The free party people of Sydney do.
They're invited, as are you...
No need to conduct you usual poor attitude.

Now enough Hijacking of this thread
I care not for your DiSSing,
Your opinion is allowed,
But it's a great night you'll be missing.

Before this argument gets Intensified,
You may want to Duck your head
For the benefit of others
Who get the gist of my vibe

Dog me all you like
But I will keep Bump.ing it.
F.or T.he P.urpose of peace
Tonight I Bode. farewell a.Ga.in,
I will return, with more info about Channel 10.

pro tip: somethings work better, when left explicitly unsaid, now there's a fucking

News just in:

FTP announces Satanic line up.
A spokesperson for FTP has confirmed they have booked Satan, along with fellow evil-doers Svelt, Rockethead, Deep Cycle, BFG, Manky Cranks and Sir Cliff Richards.

In a press release earlier this morning, Satan said "FTP rule. Fuck the Pope."

Satan how about supporting local artists? Booking the latest prog act from Melbourne won't get you far here in Sydney.

Are you familiar with the crew or the other artists on their stage?
I don't see what the big deal about an interstate artist is? I'd sooner more interstate than internationals personally, but I do not speak for the crew, I merely report back to you :)
