Jeannie Parker aka DJ Jeannie is a psychedelic force to be reckoned with. Playing vinyl since the age of 17 at parties and festivals across the globe including the Svihiv Multi Media festival in the Czech Republic in 2006 alongside Etnoscope and Deviant Species and also with infected mushroom and Tsoshi Suzuki at Sydney’s legendary Summer Dreaming festival; Aswell as other festivals Earthdance, The Awakening Working with respected trance crews in Australia and New Caledonia such as, Trancendance, Liquid Labyrinth, Artcore, T-Quest, Kozmix crew(new Cal) and Sydney’s own ESP/yak and yeti, Jeannie forges her original mixes from a collection of thousands of both released and un-released material on records and CD’s .DJ Jeannie is considered one of the premier east coast DJ’s. Careful not be pigeon holed strictly as a trance DJ, Jeannie worked closely with Beef records and performed with the Deep as Fuck crew earning respect in the minimal electro tech, and psy-progressive scene, and making waves for being “outside the box”. Taking her inspiration from early parties in the northern rivers/Byron Bay and embracing the essence of the global trance scene. As a DJ Jeannie lives and breathes the music that moves your feet. Join her for sets that emanate pure commitment and the desire to positively influence lives.
